Why Dad Is So ‘Rude’ [VIDEO]

The song 'Rude' by a band called Magic! talks about how a boy is in love with a girl and wishes to seek her hand in marriage. When he asks his love's father, the father does not give his blessing and the lovers run off anyway and you get the picture.

Turns out a guy named Benji Cowart wrote an excellent tribute to the song by telling the Dad's side of the story on why he doesn't want the marriage to happen. It's brilliant and amazing and I'm sure quite a few fathers have felt this way. Oh, apparently mom's not too happy with the guy seeking the daughter's hand in marriage either.
