Has Texas Tech Fan Jeff Orr Acted Out in Other Games? [VIDEO]

Marcus Smart has been suspended from OSU basketball games for shoving a Texas Tech fan that shouted "Piece of Crap" at him during the OSU / Texas Tech game on Saturday evening. As previously reported Orr stated in a statement to Texas Tech that "My actions last night were inappropriate and do not reflect myself or Texas Tech" He has volunteered not to appear at anymore Texas Tech games, both home and away, for the remainder of the season. But, this is not the first time Mr. Orr has "acted inappropriate" as is evident in a video we have uncovered. In this game footage (from February of 2010) Texas Tech was playing against Texas A&M watch at the end at :34 right in front of #0 Davis.
