Welcome to insane training 101! With the Red River Chevy Dealers Insane Inflatables 5K just over a month away, it’s time to start thinking about how to prepare for this epic event.

It's definitely one of the more unique obstacles in the Insane Inflatable 5K. It's over two stories tall and has three different slides.
