GQ named Oscar Pistorius its Superhuman of the Year for a number of reasons. The South African professional runner won gold medals in the 2011 IPC Athletics World Championship for the 200m and 400m races, and the 4x400m relay, and — oh, yah — he did all while running on prosthetic legs.

If you weren’t planning to leave the house on Black Friday, you should anyway. All over the US, Abercrombie and Hollister stores are giving you your presents early this year… lots and lots of shirtless hunks. Aside from the early midnight openings, thousands of those hot models who always stand outside the front doors will be throwing their shirts off and mingling with the public.

Twenty-three-year-old gymnast Kalon Ludvigson caught our attention when footage emerged of him competing in the International Gymnastics Federation’s (FIG) World Championship Qualifiers. The Ohio-bred athlete won the Men’s Tumbling title this year and received the silver medal in the competition for his skills on the trampoline.

Anyone who’s watched ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ since October of 2009 will recognize Jesse Williams as McSteamy’s replacement as the hot-and-steamy doctor.
