Sarah Palin Called It!

I wasn't extremely impressed by Sarah Palin and the way she presented herself and was portrayed by the media in the 2008 election.  History will show, however, that she called it in regards to the current political issues in Russia and the Ukraine.

I think the REAL irony is:  this is probably the single most mocked issue of her campaign.  Her ability to "see Russia from Alaska."  This weekend, though, she reminded us on Facebook that she did see this:  Russia's invasion of the Ukraine.

Here is what she said in 2008:  "After the Russian army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama's reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence -- the kind of response that would only encourage Russia's Putin to invade Ukraine next."

Now it is 2014 and Palin said on Facebook this weekend:  "I'm usually not one to Told-Ya-So, but I did."

In case you haven't been keeping up -- Russia used the front of the Olympics to detract from their plans to invade.  In fact, they have done more than that in collusion with some Ukrainian officials -- Russia staged a successful Coup in Crimea this weekend and some experts believe Kiev could be next.
