Insane Training 101 – Proper Apparel

The Red River Chevy Dealers Insane Inflatable 5K is almost here and the final training video staring MY 1073's very own Nancy Mace not only discusses proper apparel when training and participating in the 5K, but she also tells you how to get onto Fort Sill on the day of the event.

Gym shorts and pants and a shirt you don't mind that will get dirty and sweaty are some of the proper apparel to wear during the event. High heels are not proper attire and neither are jeans. Running the course the a glass of wine in your hand is also not a good idea.

You still have some time to register for the event and when you get ready to enter Fort Sill on the day of the event be sure to enter through Apache Gate from HWY 49 as you will not have to go to the Visitor's Center. If you try to enter on Fort Sill through any other gate you will be directed to the Visitor's Center.

Also be sure to bring a government issue I.D. (example: driver's licence or military ID) as well. You will need this to get on Fort Sill.
