The Center for Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurial Studies (CETES) at Cameron University is seeking budding entrepreneurs in Comanche, Stephens and Jackson counties to participate in Project Dream, a regional competition that offers an opportunity for people to fulfill their dreams of self-employment or expansion of their current business. Project Dream is part of Dream Big Oklahoma, a statewide initiative.

The winning submission will have the opportunity to receive a grant of up to $5,000. Ideas must be entered via upload by January 31 at DreamBigOklahoma.com.

After the submission deadline of January 31, all regional entries will be posted online for public voting. Voting takes place from February 3 – 14. The two dreams receiving the most votes and the top two judges’ picks will pitch their business idea to a panel of business experts. The winning selection will be eligible to compete for a chance to win a statewide grand prize.

Detailed guidelines and eligibility rules can be found in the How It Works section of the website.
