Chocolate-Covered Corn Dog: OK Fair Time!

Comanche National Museum Opens New Children’s Exhibit

I had the opportunity to be at the opening of the new exhibit at The Comanche National Museum and Cultural Center (CNMCC) today.  Through the Eyes of the Eagle: Illustrating Healthy Living for Children. This is a fun, colorful exhibit that children of all ages will enjoy.  It includes the original illlustrations from the 4 book series.   The exhibit also includes a lovely garden and play ideas for the children.

Wild West Shootout Re-Enactment Hospitalizes Three Spectators

Tourists watching the Old West show in Hill City, South Dakota last Friday got a real taste of the mayhem associated with that time period when live ammo began spraying into the crowd.

Investigators  aren’t sure if real bullets somehow got into the actor’s guns, or if it was  shrapnel from blanks that wounded three spectators seriously enough to be taken to the hospital in  ambulances.

Woman Buys $5,000 Worth of Goods For Strangers

The phrase "my treat" took on a whole new meaning Wednesday in suburban San Diego.

In what may be a strange attempt at improving diplomatic relations, a 66-year-old white woman identified as Claudia Smith with a self-proclaimed love for Mexicans bought $5,000 worth of clothing for 50 women at the Everything a Deal discount store, where nothing has a price tag over $9.99.
