Bob Seger ‘Old Time Rock and Roll’ Wins My Jukebox [VIDEO]

My 107.3 FM’s is proud to announce the ‘My Jukebox’ movie song winner, we started with 20 songs and your votes narrowed it all the way to our winner. Our winning song comes from a movie that was released in 1983 and starred an actor that is now going through a divorce.

Our winning song is 'Old Time Rock And Roll' by the legendary Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band. This song was released in 1979 on the 'Stranger in Town' Album and went all the way to # 4 on the Billboard chart. Then the song was included on the soundtrack of  the 1983 movie Risky Business starring Tom Cruise, Cruise's played  Joel Goodson in the movie and the song was used in the famously lip-syncs scene where Cruise dances in his underwear as this song plays after his parents leave him home alone.
